Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble and repackage your swing set, gazebo, or accessory in its original crate or box, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For oversized items like gazebos, we will coordinate a freight carrier pickup at your location; for smaller accessories, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for damage or missing parts, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
